No. You can use the Self-Check during the planning stage. A completed LLC formation and EIN will normally be needed before most business-account applications can be finalized.
Not automatically. A Registered Agent address is primarily used for official and legal correspondence. A provider may separately request your residential address or information about where the business is actually operated.
No. The Self-Check provides general orientation and helps you identify possible gaps. The provider makes all eligibility, verification and approval decisions.
